A great place for a semi-formal dining experience at an affordable price. Service was friendly, attentive and attuned to different styles and value sets of customers. Located in a non-smoking area of the Casino, it is a great mid price option between the buffet and the white tablecloth and more formality of the Oak Room (late in the week). The restaurant was quiet on a Monday but must be packed at weekends. The two of us grazed on a selection of appetizers and thoroughly enjoyed all dishes, especially the octopus. The menu has something for all palettes: from escargot to pasta(served in many different forms and presentations) to classic pizza. The Cave restaurant is one of the few local mid to high end dining opportunities open early in the week. extensive and reasonably priced, while the food (available at the bar and the restaurant) is inventive, so well presented, and affordable. The Cave has so many different personalities: a downstairs wine bR open on weekends, a forty, or so, seater square bar with an attaches lounge area, and a dining restaurant with seating from four-top to twelve-top tables and booths.
